What do you do at RentPath?
I have the privilege of managing the Sales Development and Market Response teams. In a nut shell, Sales Development partners with RentPath’s high potential markets to uncover prospects with immediate needs. Our goal is to set qualified appointments for the field reps ​so they can spend less time prospecting/lead nurturing and more time face to face with potential clients (i.e. more revenue). The Market Response team fields all inbound leads from the B2B sites and works to provide immediate solutions to the prospect’s needs on behalf of the Sales Executives. In my spare time (HA!), I like to be involved in the technology and sales effectiveness tools the sales teams use on a day to day basis. To me, there is always room for improvement.

How long have you been with RentPath?
I have been with RentPath since 2011 and I have loved every minute of my journey here! I started off as an Inside Sales Account Executive, and coming from the Property Management industry, it was a pretty easy transition. In 2013 I was promoted to Inside Sales Supervisor for the East Coast. As of September​ 2014, I have been managing the Sales Development and Market Response teams. Needless to say, ​I am pretty excited to be a part of these amazing teams!

What’s the best part of working at RentPath?
When I interviewed for the position of Account Executive, and then again for ISS Supervisor, and once again for the position of Sales Development Manager, I was asked the same question each time: where do you see myself going within RentPath? Each time I gave the same answer: I want to be in a position where I can make the greatest impact on this company. That being said, the best part about working for RentPath​ is feeling like I am making a true difference in the way this company is growing with sales effectiveness and forward thinking. ​I guess it doesn’t hurt that I genuinely adore and respect the amazing people I work with either!

I am a part of the RentPath Operations Support team. I am the Billing Specialist for 14 markets coast to coast. I am responsible for validating, entering, and finalizing RentPath sales agreements to ensure that our clients are billed correctly and accurately every month. I also interact and support the sales and corporate teams with any additional assistance that may be required in helping provide an excellent client experience.
