100,000+ Leads in a Day: A Milestone Two Decades in the Making
Reaching 100,000 is a milestone in almost every situation. When a website reaches 100,000 visits a month. When a car reaches 100,000 miles. When a small business reaches $100,000 in revenue.
But delivering 100,000+ leads in a single day to apartment communities across the country is more than just a milestone. It’s a record that few could tout and one we’re very proud to say we achieved on July 29, 2014.

It’s not the first leads record we’ve broken this year, and it looks like it isn’t going to be our last. Every month this year has been a record when compared to the same month in 2013. And July is no exception. We delivered over 2.3 million high quality leads to advertisers in July, a 22% gain compared to July of 2013.
But there’s a bigger story behind these records. That story begins when we first launched our website and made a firm commitment to innovation way back in 1996, which was also the year we reached $100 million in revenue.
Our commitment to innovation, which remains strong, led to the development of our search engine optimization and search engine marketing teams well before the competition. It also led to a number of industry firsts, like the development of apps for mobile devices.
Now, it’s led to 100,000+ leads in a day, a milestone and a record that was only possible because of our decision more than two decades ago to be the innovation leader in our industry.
