“During my first week at RentPath, one of the first things I migrated to on Pathway was information about RentPath Gives Back. I watched videos and read testimonials about the initiative and RentPath’s dedication to helping end homelessness. I immediately went to my manager and expressed my desire to participate. This is something that I’m very passionate about.
I currently have a non-profit organization “The Love Like Jesus Project ” whose purpose is to demonstrate the love of Christ by connecting people in need with resources to include: food, mentorship, necessities to assist with disaster relief, support to victims of domestic violence, and other random acts of love.”
“My experience during Homelessness Awareness Week with RPGB was nothing short of amazing. My team volunteered at the Nicholas House. Nicholas House assists homeless families in making the transition from homelessness to self-sufficiency in a structured but home-like environment. We had the opportunity to put together Thanksgiving food baskets for the families that included uplifting handwritten note cards. Two things happened that day for me. One, I had the opportunity to help families in need, and two, I shared an experience with co-workers that before that day I only saw in the elevator or passing by. Now I know their names, they are more than just people who work for the same company and that’s important to me.”
“Aside from my non-profit, I enjoy writing and performing spoken word. I am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Management with a concentration in Project Management degree. I was also on an episode of HGTV’s House Hunters in 2019.”
