By adding RentPath’s Search Ads PRO, we were hoping to increase the organic traffic to our properties, generate higher brand awareness through branded and non-branded campaigns, and increase conversion rates.
Prior to using Search Ads PRO, we faced a number of challenges. We experienced low response from ineffective and expensive ads in the past. Our leasing team was also challenged with missing calls, low appointment conversion as well as lack of qualified traffic.
